Do you have a sizing chart?

Yes. A Size Chart will be available for review soon.

I am not sure about my size, are there any fashion stylists available to help me?

Yes, a stylist or sales coordinator can be available to correctly provide your exact body measurements at our Jamestown Location. Your exact body measurements can be taken by appointment or during opening hours. Please note: A stylist or sales coordinator cannot guess or estimate your exact body measurements through chat, email, text, or any other form of electronic communication.

I do not want to pay the required fee to book an appointment for my exact body measurements by a stylist or sales coordinator. Is there another option?

Yes, be sure to read all product descriptions for an accurate review of the actual product.

If a product description is not clear, you may contact a 213 Carolina Customer Care agent via Chat, email or text. We are happy to help.

 

Is there an additional fee for private styling sessions?

Yes, we offer private shopping and private styling for special events.

How much is shipping?

Currently, we offer Flat Rate Shipping at $8.95 per order.

 

Do you have any promotional codes?

Yes, promotional codes are available to all VIP clients and customers who join our mailing list or subscribe to our site.

How often do you receive new arrivals?

To eliminate product waste and overstock inventory, our schedule for New Arrivals has been updated to monthly shipments.

 

Do you offer restocks?

Currently, we do not restock popular styles online but may have available pieces at our Jamestown Location. You may contact us via text for all Style Inquiries.

Additionally, once a style is Sold Out, we may stock a similar product, or move on to upcoming trends.

Why can't I return, or exchange my purchase?

We value integrity and stand by our products.

213 Carolina does not resale previously worn items or product that has been stretched or damaged due to customer's selection of incorrect size. Accepted returns and exchanges based on incorrect sizing result in product waste, overstock inventory due to damage (stretched fabric, holes, loose threads, etc.), and must be marked as Final Sale at extremely reduced prices.

Why can't I receive a refund?

We value integrity and stand by our products.

All sales are final.
